Virtual Class - No Instructor
Virtual Classes are held in the Aqua Energy facility in front of a large display screen (an instructor is not physically present). These classes generally attract smaller numbers, and are well suited to beginners.

Strength Pilates utilises resistance and focusing on lengthening and strengthening the muscles to produce long, lean, strong overall tone. Suitable for al levels of ability and experience looking for improvement in alignment and postural correction along with a general feeling of wellbeing.

IMPORTANT: Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class start time. Late arrivals may be refused entry. In the event of last minute class changes or cancellations, Aqua Energy will advise via Facebook or in-house notices. Please bring a drink bottle, towel and mat when participating in any Group Fitness class.
