The Living Longer Living Stronger program aims to increase the quality and quantity of strength training available to people over the age of 50.
This program will help regain muscle strength, balance, flexibility and coordination. In turn, it will improve the ability to lift, walk, bend, climb stairs and assist with a better quality of life.
PLEASE NOTE - Participants will be required to complete a Pre Exercise Questionnaire prior to participating in their first session and some preexisting medical conditions will require a medical clearance from a Doctor. Forms are available from Customer Service.
