The Living Longer Living Stronger program aims to increase the quality and quantity of strength training available to people over the age of 50.
This program will help them regain muscle strength, balance, flexibility and coordination. In turn, it will improve their ability to lift, walk, bend, climb stairs and allow them to enjoy a better quality of life.
You will be required to complete a Pre Exercise Questionnaire prior to participating in your first session and in some instances may require a medical clearance from your Doctor. Forms are available from Customer Service.
