Virtual Class - No Instructor
Virtual Classes are held in the Aqua Energy facility in front of a large display screen (an instructor is not physically present). These classes generally attract smaller numbers, and are well suited to beginners.

TB = Total Body workout, 50 or 30 indicates session duration in mins. Designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness & build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate & bodyweight exercises to give your body the ultimate total workout.

IMPORTANT: Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class start time. Late arrivals may be refused entry. In the event of last minute class changes or cancellations, Aqua Energy will advise via Facebook or in-house notices. Please bring a drink bottle, towel and mat when participating in any Group Fitness class.
