No, there won't be waterslides due to budget and space constraints, but there will be interactive water play in the zero-depth play space.

The Gym will have 24hr access with its own entry point and toilets, allowing access at any time.

Yes, there will be a brand new and larger Sauna in the redevelopment.

It's a play space designed for surface water drainage, minimizing the risk of drowning, and will be wheelchair accessible.

New changing rooms will cater to various users, including school changing rooms, DDA change rooms, male and female changing rooms for pool and gym users, family changing village, and a changing facility for high-needs individuals.

The 25m pool will become a 7-lane pool with ramp access into it, with changes to the depth profile to allow for more activity along the pool.

Yes, the pool deck will no longer be split level, and all pools will be on the same level.

LAP SWIMMING:

Yes, we are offering lap swimming at the West Sale Pool.  The times for lap swimming at West Sale are: 6am - 7am & 7pm - 9pm Monday to Friday.  There will be no lap swimming on weekends or public holidays

RECEATIONAL / FUN SWIMMING:

No.  We can not offer play swimming at West Sale pool. This includes when children are at Swimming Lessons there is no provision for play swims before or after their lesson.

We will offer lap swimming and play swimming at Sale Outdoor Pool again from mid September 2024for the Summer months.

There will be a reduced kiosk, selling normal kiosk items, drinks and ice-creams at West Sale Pool.  There will be no hot or fresh foods or tea and coffee at West Sale.

Aqua Energy will continue to have a limited kiosk while the redevelopment is ongoing.

There is ample parking with approx 30 parks, plus an overflow space, with minimal walking to the front door of the facility.

There are male and female change rooms with cubicles and showers. There is no disability stand alone change room at this stage.

There is no ramp at West Sale Pool, however we will have purpose-built steps and a hoist to allow all users to get in and out of the shallow end of the pool.

The water will be heated to 34c to allow for Hydrotherapy and Swimming Lessons.

It is 25m in length with 5 lanes in width.  Shallow end is 1.2m deep and deep end is 2.4m.

It is situated on Lyon Crescent, Fulham. It is between the Armed Forces Museum and old TAFE on the West Sale Precinct. Turn off the Princes Highway at Williams Drive, Fulham and it is signed.
