Virtual Class - No Instructor
Virtual Classes are held in the Aqua Energy facility in front of a large display screen (an instructor is not physically present). These classes generally attract smaller numbers, and are well suited to beginners.

Utilizing resistance & focusing on lengthening & strengthening the muscles to produce long, lean strong overall tone.  Suitable for all levels of ability & experience looking for improvement in alignment & postural correction along with a general feeling of wellbeing.

IMPORTANT: Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class start time. Late arrivals may be refused entry. In the event of last minute class changes or cancellations, Aqua Energy will advise via Facebook or in-house notices. Please bring a drink bottle, towel and mat when participating in any Group Fitness class.
