Christie is a 1st Dan Black Belt in Tae Kwon-do and has been in the fitness industry since 2004, working as a Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer.
Working across many gyms throughout Melbourne has enhanced her ability to be able to work with a wide range of clientele. From beginners with zero fitness experience to the seasoned professional, Christie is motivated by seeing smiles on her clients faces when they achieve their goals. She finds it equally rewarding when they develop their own love of fitness.
Group Fitness is Christie’s passion, with Spin being her favorite. She is often encouraging everyone to give Group Fitness a try as it complements gym workouts and creates a more diverse fitness experience.
